Have you experienced loosing a family member, a partner, a best friend or even your favorite pet (they left you or you chose to leave them)?
Have you experienced the hurt from a family fight, a breakup, a divorce or maybe you have been disowned because of what you said or did?
Are you lost in your relationships, putting yourself last, leaving nothing for you?
Where does the pain in relationships come from? Is the pain coming from your partner or maybe your co-worker because they won’t change the things you asked them to change? Is the pain coming from within your self because you can’t seem to be at peace? What haven’t you seen up to now?
Have you experienced being in a marriage type relationship, with or without children, where your responsibilities got to the stage where you give, give and give more, leaving you in a place of feeling exhausted, unfulfilled and empty? Maybe they were first and you were last? It would feel like you lost yourself in the relationship. It feels like you are alone when other people are around. Is there blame and fault finding happening?
Have you experienced living ‘the title’ of who you are? You see yourself as the mom, the wife, the partner, the office worker, the twin, etc. Who are you outside that role? You may feel your partner completes who you are. You may not feel strong unless you have your spouse beside you. You may look to others for permission and to fill the void you have inside.
Hi, I’m Sheila…
The most challenging issues I’ve had to walk through with all my relationships was learning how to be an individual. I am an identical twin and my whole life was about ‘the twins’. I could go on for hours about what I experienced being a twin….and I can also go on for hours sharing with you the hell I went through in learning to become an individual. I cried many days and nights. I walked through what some have called the dark nights of the soul.
Through my experiences, I have grown to appreciate when I clear my conflict and reactions I find more peace within my Self. That peaceful feeling is reflected in the relationships around me. It’s now about being empowered to bring about all the changes I want in my life.
What is it to have a peaceful relationship to you? How are you relating to others, how are they relating to you? How do you relate to money, love, purpose, your body parts, authority figures, power, grace….the list goes on? I know I can assist you to find that peace within your relationships and within your Self.
