Sheila Unique
Every new day brings messengers and messages to journey with me on my path to within. Some days are better than others but each day is a creation of perfection as I watch what unfolds as an individual and as a twin. No matter how difficult I feel life is at times, I still get excited to see the Universe in action presenting me with my learning and growing opportunities.
I have experienced things that have been painful and I have experienced miracles. Everything that I have experienced has helped me grow to be the person I am today. Things that bothered me at one time no longer bother me…things that were important at one time no longer seem to be important. Over time I am coming to find out what my truth is. I can do that by clearing through my reactions resulting in a feeling of empowerment. I am now in a place where I feel purposeful and see value in my everyday life.
The past does not shape me. It is only there to reference if I need it. Today forward is all that matters because it is today that I can choose to BE.
My passion involves speaking, teaching and writing. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of and will be a part of my journey. For the gift of you, I’m grateful.

As I continue to master the art of working with energy on a daily basis whether working on myself or others, I have come to realize that my perception and understanding continues to shift, change, develop and grow. I have trained with some great teachers along the way such as: Dr. Kam Yuen, Dr. Richard Bartlett, Gregg Braden, Dr. Todd Ovokaitys, Madi Nolan, and most recently Sri Bhagavan and what I have learned from all of them is that we all have something special to offer. I have accumulated many tools in my tool belt and gathered many golden nuggets in my pocket that I use as needed on a daily basis.
As I continue on my journey with the wisdom I have gained combined with my personal life experiences, it excites me to be able to share them with you. The amazing results have been life changing for both myself and others and I truly feel that no one has to live in or with pain any longer.
The Twins…..
Life is relationships and being Twins definitely helps to define what relationships really are. Being together all their lives have strengthened them in many ways. Although they appeared to have walked the same path, their experiences were anything but the same and through these experiences they have come to realize that everyone is unique. They did everything together and then had to learn how do things separately. In the process they found their own individuality.
Through their speaking, teaching and writing, The Twins, Sheila and Sharon have a vision of assisting individuals/groups to be in a place where they can walk through their challenges and issues with ease and grace. Each Twin approaches their work in a unique wonderful way, complimenting each other, offering a unique powerful experience for anyone who chooses to be part of the clearing process.
